Greentree Garden Products are delighted to have agreed exclusive UK distribution rights for Greenworthy Biodegradable Ties. Produced from organic natural cotton, the ties are ‘soft and stretchy’ and offer support to the most tender of stems (perfect for sweet peas, tomatoes, and young plants). Greenworthy Ties expand with the plant as it grows, and unlike many other soft-tie products, Greenworthy Ties are biodegradable and kind to the soil. No harmful rubber compounds, chemicals, or sharp wire will remain once the ties are discarded, and to endorse this point, the products are certified by DIN CERTCO, the leading environmental agency based in Germany. The ties themselves will last for 12-18 months on the stem, and will biodegrade into the soil or compost in approx 4-6months depending on the conditions.
